What we keep

We keep the account details returned by Google sign-in, purchase records, credit ledger entries, generation task state, and private media needed to deliver the service.

Attribution and analytics

We record first-touch campaign fields, referrer host, landing path, and a small set of server-verifiable funnel events. Prompts, media URLs, payment credentials, API keys, and email addresses are excluded from analytics event properties.

Media

Reference images and generated videos are stored privately. The current product target is seven-day retention; operational or legal requirements may require shorter or longer retention until automated deletion is verified.

Processors

Google supports sign-in, Stripe processes payments, Aliyun OSS stores private media, and the configured AI provider processes generation inputs. Account and service records are kept in our application-managed PostgreSQL database. Their own terms may also apply.
