Credit packs
Credits are sold as a one-time purchase. They are added only after a signed Stripe webhook confirms a completed payment.
Generation failure
A confirmed generation failure restores the credits reserved for that task exactly once. An ambiguous provider submission remains reserved for review because automatically retrying could create a duplicate paid generation.
Payment refunds
Payment refund requests are reviewed individually. Include the account email, approximate purchase time, and reason, but never send card details or credentials.
Delivery issues
If a successful task cannot be downloaded, contact support before starting another run so the original task can be inspected.
